If you’ve ever found yourself looking for a free meeting room at the last minute, this is the app for you*!
This is something that happens me quite frequently. I need to have a quick discussion with some, but can’t find a free room in which to sit down and discuss the issue. Roomr lets you see, at a glance, which rooms are free or busy within your organization.

It requires Exchange 2007 or 2010. It will support Office 365, but requires a little manual work to make it work. I’m putting together a set of instructions for this and it should be up on my blog quite soon.
